At Samsøe Soldes, we strive to process and ship your orders quickly so you can enjoy your new fashion items as soon as possible.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Samsøe Soldes. If you’re not happy with your items, our straightforward returns policy makes it easy to return or exchange products.
Return Period
You have 15 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered)
- With all original tags still attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the completed return form
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or we sent the wrong item:
- Swimwear (Bikini, One piece beachwear)
- Underwear (One piece underwear)
- Accessories that come in direct contact with skin (Belt, Gloves, Headgear)
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit a Request
Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please use the following template to ensure quick processing:

Step 2: Approval & Instructions
Our team will respond within 48 business hours with:
- Confirmation of your return approval
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Detailed shipping instructions
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once your request is approved:
- Carefully pack the items in their original packaging
- Include the completed return form
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Refund Terms
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective or incorrect items)

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item:
- Follow the standard return process
- Specify the replacement product you want in your request
- We will ship the new item once we process the return
- If the exchange item has a different price, we will adjust the amount accordingly and inform you
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

- We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return
- We will ship the replacement as soon as we receive the returned item
- We will refund any shipping costs you incurred
